Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Project Director** to lead the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects valued at approximately AED 5 billion. **The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience managing luxury villa developments, high-rise residential/commercial towers, and mixed-use projects within the UAE or GCC region.**
The Project Director will be responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, quality, safety, and client expectations.
Project Leadership
- Lead and manage construction projects from mobilization through handover.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies.
- Direct project teams including Construction Managers, Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and support functions.
- Ensure alignment with client objectives and contractual requirements.
Planning & Execution
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and construction activities.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion.
- Manage resource allocation and workforce planning.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
Financial Management
- Control project budgets exceeding AED 5 billion.
- Monitor cash flow, cost reports, and project profitability.
- Review variation orders, claims, and contractual matters.
- Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality and safety.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
- Lead executive-level project meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor large multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
- Foster collaboration and accountability across project functions.
Experience
- Minimum 20+ years of construction experience.
- Minimum 10 years in senior leadership positions (Project Director / Operations Director).
- Proven track record managing projects valued at AED 3–5 billion or above.
- Extensive experience in:
• Luxury Villa Developments
- High-Rise Residential Towers (30+ floors)
- Mixed-Use Developments
- Infrastructure and External Works
- Strong UAE/GCC project experience is mandatory.
- Pay: AED60,000.00 - AED70,000.00 per month
Experience
- high value projects including mixed use development: 10 years (Required)
- working in India: 1 year (Required)
- Project Director or Projects Manager: 3 years (Required)
