Seeking an experienced Regional Legal Head to lead legal affairs across the Middle East & Africa region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal strategy, corporate governance, compliance and risk management initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide legal advice to senior leadership on commercial, operational and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial agreements and strategic contracts.
- Oversee litigation, disputes, arbitration matters and external legal counsel.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and corporate policies.
- Manage intellectual property matters and safeguard organizational interests.
- Support business growth through practical and commercially focused legal solutions.
- Lead and develop a regional legal team.
Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- 10+ years of corporate legal experience within large multinational organizations.
- Strong exposure to corporate governance, compliance, contracts and dispute resolution.
- Experience managing legal matters across multiple countries.
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
- Previous experience leading legal teams at Head of Legal, Legal Director, Associate General Counsel or similar level preferred.
- Pay: AED45,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month

- working with government entities, regulators, ministries: 5 years (Required)
- immigration, identity management, public sector projects: 5 years (Required)
- Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance: 10 years (Required)
- Contract Negotiation & Commercial Agreements: 10 years (Required)
- managing litigation, arbitration or dispute resolution: 10 years (Required)
- Legal Team Management: 10 years (Required)
