We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruitment Executive / Recruitment Officer to lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality candidates.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the company's talent acquisition processes, employer branding initiatives, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition approval to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and behavioral competencies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Recruitment Operations Must Have
- Track and manage recruitment metrics including:
- + Time-to-Fill (fast closure of positions)
- + Cost-per-Hire
+ Offer Acceptance Rate
- + Source Effectiveness
- + Quality of Hire
- Maintain candidates records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop massive poole of candidates when recruiting for all position within the organisation
- Have experience in mass recruitment of regionally and globally for skilled workers.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with department heads and hiring managers and understand their needs with frequent updates and changes to their operations.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Senior Recruitment Executive
- 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong exposure to sourcing passive candidates and headhunting.
- Have worked with more than 50 positions at any given time.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Engineering, Powerlift or technical industries
