About This Role

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support the Founder.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling of meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Act as a liaison between the internal/external stakeholders
  • Screen calls, emails, and prioritize communications
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
  • Handle personal tasks and errands as required
  • Support in project coordination and follow-ups

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
