Hiring: Senior QC Engineer And QC Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven **Senior QC Engineer / QC Manager** to join our team in **Abu Dhabi, UAE**.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Quality Control and Quality Management within large-scale construction projects, particularly **Tower Projects**, with a strong commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards throughout all project phases.
Requirements
- Minimum **10 years of proven experience** in Quality Control / Quality Management.
- Strong experience in **High-Rise Tower Projects**.
- Currently based in **Abu Dhabi, UAE**.
- Holding a **transferable visa**.
- In-depth knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and international quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage quality documentation, inspections, audits, and client requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all QA/QC activities across project sites.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing activities, and quality audits.
- Review and approve quality-related documentation and reports.
- Lead QC teams and provide technical guidance to ensure project quality objectives are achieved.
- Identify non-conformance issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders regarding quality matters.
