Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, company standards, and quality objectives.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Identify project risks and challenges and implement proactive solutions to minimize impact.
• Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, health and safety requirements, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide project teams to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.

Requirements

• Minimum **7 years of proven Project Management experience within the United Arab Emirates**.
• Demonstrated experience managing medium to large-scale projects from concept to handover.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, planning techniques, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
