Job Announcement: Production Manager – Steel Industry
A&M International is seeking to hire an experienced Production Manager specializing in the steel industry to join its team in the United Arab Emirates.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in steel production management within the UAE (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of steel manufacturing processes, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
Proven experience in production planning, operational efficiency improvement, and team management.
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to enhance productivity.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all production operations to meet business objectives.
Develop and implement production plans aligned with quality and market requirements.
Improve operational efficiency while reducing waste and production costs.
Ensure full compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop production teams.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
