Senior QA Automation Engineer - Digital Services and Integrations

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Define risk-based testing strategies, plans, scenarios, and traceability for changes and releases.
• Validate end-to-end journeys across portals, mobile apps, CRM, approvals, payments, and integrations.
• Build reusable automated web, mobile, and API regression suites.
• Validate API contracts, authentication, data mapping, failures, retries, and duplicate-transaction prevention.
• Test Dynamics 365 and Power Platform changes, workflows, permissions, and cross-system data consistency.
• Validate Arabic/English content, RTL layouts, responsive behaviour, accessibility, and browser/device compatibility.
• Conduct performance and authorized security checks; coordinate specialist security testing.
• Manage defect recording, triage, fix verification, and recurring quality issues.
• Coordinate business UAT and report risks and release-readiness recommendations.
• Integrate automated tests into delivery pipelines and maintain test data and evidence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in software QA, including 3 years developing automated tests for enterprise or government applications.
• Web automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium; mobile automation with Appium or equivalent.
• Strong API testing with Postman/Newman or equivalent, REST APIs, and authentication flows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java for test automation.
• Practical k6 or JMeter experience, workload modelling, and performance-result analysis.
• Query SQL Server and validate Dataverse records and cross-system transactions.
• Dynamics 365 or Power Platform testing experience preferred.
• Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Git, and structured defect/test management experience.
• Understanding of OWASP application risks and accessibility testing principles.
• ISTQB certification and Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Ability to produce clear reports and coordinate technical teams and business users.
