Qualifications
- At least six months of UAE real estate industry experience; Abu Dhabi experience is preferred.
- Strong real estate market knowledge and a valid UAE driving license are required.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation skills are expected.
- Candidates should be able to work independently and collaboratively.
- A specific area of specialization and multilingual skills are advantages.
Role responsibilities
- Build business relationships with high-value customers and real estate developers to generate sales.
- Guide customers through luxury home purchases and help them find suitable properties.
- Track market trends, new developments, and property offerings; use market intelligence to inform clients.
- Seek client referrals and work with the team toward individual and collective sales targets.
