Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage team performance, including development plans, onboarding, and ramp-up.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly sales and loan disbursal targets.
- Enable the team in CRM, mortgage processes, and industry best practices.
- Manage customer experience, escalations, and complex cases.
- Maintain compliance with internal governance and banking regulations.
- Collaborate across functions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Contribute to hiring, scaling, and strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in mortgages or financial services, such as Team Leader or Sales Manager.
- Strong record of achieving sales targets through team leadership.
- Understanding of the UAE mortgage market and banking practices is preferred.
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
