This is a hands-on leadership role involving mortgage sales expertise, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage team performance, including individual development plans, onboarding, and ramp-up.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Enable the team across CRM, mortgage processes, and industry best practices.
- Manage customer experience, escalations, and complex cases.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and banking regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Contribute to hiring, scaling, and strategic growth initiatives.
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in mortgage or financial services leadership, such as Team Leader or Sales Manager.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership.
- Deep understanding of the UAE mortgage market and banking practices is preferred.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
