Qualifications
- At least six months of direct UAE real estate experience; Abu Dhabi experience is strongly preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, able to drive individual results, and able to contribute to a team.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Keep informed about market trends, developments, and inventory to advise buyers and sellers.
- Proactively build a referral-based client pipeline.
- Abu Dhabi area specialization and multilingual capabilities are advantages.
Role responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and leading developers.
- Guide buyers and investors through transactions, focusing on luxury residential property.
- Advise clients on high-yield properties and upcoming developments using market intelligence.
- Generate leads, grow referrals, and collaborate with teams and brokers to close deals and achieve sales targets.
