Qualifications
- At least 6 months of direct real estate experience in the UAE; Abu Dhabi experience is strongly preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, customer service, and presentation abilities are sought.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, able to drive individual results, and contribute to a team.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Candidates should stay informed about market trends, new developments, and inventory and proactively build a referral-based pipeline.
- Abu Dhabi area or community specialization and multilingual capabilities are advantages.
Role responsibilities
- Build long-term connections with high-net-worth clients and leading developers.
- Guide buyers and investors through the full transaction process in the luxury residential segment.
- Advise clients on high-yield property offerings and upcoming developments using market intelligence.
- Generate leads, grow referral pipelines, and collaborate with teams and brokers to close deals and meet sales targets.
