The Mortgage Advisor generates revenue by processing mortgage files, developing agency partnerships, and acquiring mortgage clients.
The role combines business development, mortgage guidance, client service, and internal collaboration.
What you will do
- Submit and process client mortgage files efficiently.
- Prospect and recruit real estate agencies through networks, in-person visits, and introductory presentations.
- Maintain relationships with agencies in the portfolio.
- Acquire clients through partner networks and direct channels.
- Guide clients on bank products, policies, and processes and help them choose appropriate options.
- Support clients throughout the mortgage process.
- Contribute to channel and company projects and collaborate with other teams.
What you need
- At least 1 year of Abu Dhabi mortgage experience and strong local real estate and financial market knowledge.
- Proven consultative selling ability and a record of meeting revenue targets.
- Mortgage and/or financial services background with solid product knowledge.
- Established real estate introducer network.
- Business development orientation, pipeline growth ability, and revenue focus.
- Strong client management skills and professional service standards.
