SAP Engagement Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP programs, including S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, and Selective Data Transition implementations.
• Build trusted client executive relationships and act as the primary contact for delivery and commercial matters.
• Deliver programs to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives.
• Oversee governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Manage engagement revenue, margin, forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary client, partner, onshore, and offshore teams.
• Support business development, proposals, and account growth.

Required experience and capabilities

• Requires 10+ years leading complex SAP transformation programs and large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Requires leadership across multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and experience with Greenfield, Brownfield, and/or Selective Data Transition programs.
• Requires understanding of SAP-enabled processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, EWM/TM, and/or Human Resources.
• Requires success leading large distributed, multi-vendor teams and engaging executives, C-suite leaders, steering committees, and governance boards.
• Requires commercial acumen across engagement financials, risk, and contractual obligations, plus strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Preferred experience

• Utilities-sector experience is highly regarded, and exposure to Kraken is preferred.
• Experience across SAP IS-U and SAP EAM is highly considered.
