Reporting Analyst supporting accurate and timely contractual reporting within the service management team.

Responsibilities
- Gather data from different sources, analyse it, and compile comprehensive reports.
- Create and maintain reports that highlight key metrics and trends, and develop data visualization tools for stakeholders.
- Identify and analyse patterns in complex datasets and work with all towers to fulfil reporting needs.
- Oversee contractual report preparation and distribution; collaborate with stakeholders and clients to forecast needs, address capacity constraints, and improve performance.
Skills and experience
- ITIL V4 Foundation certification is required; further ITIL certifications are desired.
- Proficiency analysing large datasets, with attention to detail in data handling and reporting.
- Clear written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects on time.
- Understanding of business operations and the Service Management Framework.
- SC clearance is required for appointment; the posting states that applicants must have lived continuously in the UK for the last five years to obtain it.
