Senior Program Manager – Operations, Partnerships & Revenue (Legend World Rent A Car)

About This Role

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with deep UAE experience in the car rental / mobility industry to drive operational excellence, aggregator performance, revenue growth, and system/process improvements.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing partnerships (Yango, eZhire, invygo, etc.), optimizing pricing, controlling receivables, improving customer experience, and leading cross-functional execution across operations, sales, finance, and technology.

This is not a mid-level role. Only candidates with strong UAE rent-a-car / mobility experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage aggregator partnerships (Yango, eZhire, invygo, Selfdrive, Swapp)
• Drive pricing strategy, fleet utilization & revenue optimization
• Monitor and improve booking flow, conversion, and operational efficiency
• Lead upgrade & replacement management to reduce customer dissatisfaction
• Take ownership of receivables, outstanding control & collection coordination
• Work closely with IT on API integrations, automation & system improvements
• Reduce manual processes and build scalable workflows across departments
• Improve customer experience, NPS, and service delivery standards
• Launch and manage new business models (subscriptions, lease-to-own, long-term rentals)
• Provide management reports, dashboards & actionable insights

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 6–10 years UAE experience in rent-a-car / mobility / fleet operations
• Proven experience handling aggregator platforms (Yango, eZhire, invygo, etc.)
• Strong background in pricing strategy, utilization, and revenue management
• Hands-on experience in receivables, collections & credit control
• Experience working with fleet operations, replacements, and customer escalations
• Exposure to ERP systems, APIs, automation, or digital platforms
• Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Currently based in UAE
