Position Summary
The Digital Sales Executive is responsible for driving online revenue generation and expanding LWRAC’s digital presence through effective lead management, customer engagement, sales conversion, and relationship building.
The role focuses on responding to digital leads, qualifying customers, converting inquiries into bookings, maximizing revenue opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the first point of contact for all digital leads generated through Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), inbound calls, referrals, website inquiries and other digital channels.
· Respond to assigned digital leads within established service level agreements and prioritize hot leads for immediate action.
· Understand customer requirements and provide suitable rental, leasing, lease-to-own, and mobility solutions.
· Prepare and explain detailed quotations, pricing structures, rental terms, payment requirements, and security deposit policies.
· Collect, verify, and maintain all mandatory customer documentation required for rental approval.
· Qualify customers according to company eligibility and compliance requirements.
· Create customer profiles and bookings in the CRM system while ensuring data accuracy.
· Upload customer documentation and maintain complete CRM records.
· Coordinate with Dispatch and Operations teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery arrangements.
· Close and update lead statuses in the CRM system.
· Conduct daily follow-up activities on future prospects and pending opportunities.
· Generate repeat business through relationship management and referral opportunities.
· Drive upselling opportunities including insurance, ancillary products, and value-added services.
· Maintain high customer satisfaction levels while minimizing complaints.
· Support revenue growth initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related discipline.
Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in digital sales, customer service, lead generation, online sales, automotive, rent-a-car, or related industries.
