Lead and support the vision, roadmap, and launch of innovative customer-facing features and functionalities.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to improve customer experience and deliver features aligned with business goals.
Product Responsibilities
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation and validation through technical development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Gather customer, market, competitor, and technology insights to shape product concepts.
- Coordinate cross-functional product development, resolve challenges, and recommend solutions.
- Own the product roadmap, manage dependencies, and communicate release plans.
- Implement analytics and tracking throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define product success metrics and conduct quantitative analysis to guide decisions.
- Validate customer problems and solutions using customer insights and analytics.
- Govern the product backlog and collaborate with design teams on user testing.
People Management
- Lead and delegate team tasks while mentoring and motivating junior resources and interns.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to product analysts and foster continuous learning and skill development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Three to five years of product or program management experience in e-commerce, transaction-based platforms, retail, or similar websites.
- Hands-on experience with at least one system such as Magento, Salesforce, or a similar platform.
- English language proficiency.
