Responsibilities
- Lead category management and develop relationships to deliver commercial value and performance excellence.
- Provide leadership to teams and ensure structures, tools, and responsibilities support delivery of objectives.
- Conduct due diligence and market analysis to inform planning and decision-making.
- Develop and implement plans, embed processes, and monitor delivery through others.
- Drive performance management, talent development, and coaching while influencing senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate toward the net-zero carbon transition and identify and manage carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent.
- Professional qualifications, including CIPS, and relevant industry certifications are identified as qualifications for the role.
- Strong commercial acumen and expertise in high-value, complex tenders.
- Proven negotiation skills at executive and client level.
- Solid construction and market knowledge, with main contractor experience.
- Effective communication, analytical capability, and ability to engage, influence, and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Meet the necessary KSA visa criteria and have relevant experience on high-value projects or programmes for a project management consultancy, as required for immigration and client approval.
