Leads category teams and strategic workstreams, shaping and monitoring end-to-end strategies through others.
Responsibilities
- Lead category management, strategies, plans and delivery through category teams.
- Engage senior internal and client stakeholders to deliver agreed goals and performance targets.
- Drive value through due diligence, market insight, performance and commercial management.
- Build trusted relationships, lead teams to achieve KPIs and develop high-performing teams.
- Manage project delivery and commercial performance; champion safety, inclusion and net zero carbon responsibilities.
Requirements
- Microsoft Office tools, negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and construction and market knowledge.
- CIPS qualified or equivalent.
- GCSE, A level and degree, or equivalent qualifications.
- Ability to lead others, deliver through others, act as a role model and roll out end-to-end strategies.
