Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Level 1, 2, and 3 project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Establish baselines, milestones, resource plans, and manpower histograms.
- Monitor engineering, procurement, and construction progress against approved schedules.
- Perform critical-path analysis and identify schedule risks and potential delays.
- Prepare recovery plans, revised forecasts, and mitigation strategies.
- Develop weekly look-ahead schedules and coordinate progress-review meetings.
- Prepare progress reports, S-curves, productivity analyses, and schedule-variance reports.
- Monitor procurement activities, material deliveries, and subcontractor progress.
- Support delay analysis, extension-of-time assessments, and project reporting.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure schedule compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant discipline.
- At least 8–10 years of planning and scheduling experience on construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven EPC project-planning experience; electrical substations, water/wastewater infrastructure, or utilities experience is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, critical-path analysis, resource loading, and progress measurement.
- Experience preparing recovery schedules, S-curves, manpower histograms, and management reports.
- Familiarity with delay analysis, EOT assessments, and project cost controls.
- Strong analytical, coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
- UAE or GCC project experience is preferred.
Pay
- From AED 16,000 per month.
