Role overview
Recruiter role managing recruitment from candidate sourcing through selection and offer coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct headhunting.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate evaluations.
- Maintain talent pipelines, recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Close vacancies on time in line with recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the UAE.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Understand UAE recruitment practices and the local employment market; manage multiple vacancies and tight deadlines.
Preferred experience
- Recruitment experience in construction, EPC, or engineering is preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
