Manage day-to-day operations for a growing B2B trading and e-commerce business, coordinating internal teams, suppliers, customers, warehouse staff, and logistics partners.
Location and work setting
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.

Operational responsibilities
- Manage B2B e-commerce operations from order processing to delivery and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage stock processes, including receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Monitor inventory movement and stock accuracy; develop and implement SOPs for inventory, fulfilment, inbound, and outbound processes.
- Coordinate logistics partners, track orders and deliveries, and resolve operational issues.
- Work with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.
- Identify bottlenecks, improve processes and controls, and monitor fulfilment, inventory accuracy, delivery timelines, and exceptions.
- Maintain operational documentation, system records, and reports while supporting business growth and efficiency.
Candidate profile
- At least 8 years of experience in e-commerce operations, B2B trading, distribution, fulfilment, or a similar environment.
- Hands-on experience in order management, inventory, and logistics operations, with a good understanding of warehouse inbound and outbound processes.
- Experience developing or implementing SOPs and operational processes.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
- ERP, WMS, or e-commerce platform experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 7,000–10,000 per month.
