Manage day-to-day operations for a growing B2B trading and e-commerce business.
Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, customers, warehouse staff, and logistics partners to support order fulfilment, inventory movement, and deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Manage B2B e-commerce operations from order processing through delivery.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound stock, including receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Monitor stock movement and accuracy; develop SOPs for inventory and fulfilment operations.
- Coordinate logistics partners, track orders and deliveries, and resolve operational issues.
- Work across Sales, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, and Customer Service.
- Monitor operational KPIs, maintain records and reports, and improve processes, controls, and efficiency.
Candidate requirements
- 4–8 years in e-commerce operations, B2B trading, distribution, fulfilment, or a similar environment.
- Hands-on order management, inventory, and logistics experience, with a good understanding of warehouse inbound and outbound processes.
- Experience developing or implementing SOPs and operational processes.
- Strong coordination, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
- ERP, WMS, or e-commerce platform experience is advantageous.
Pay
- AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
