CSCEC Middle East is recruiting Senior MEP Estimation Engineers for its company head office in Dubai.
Tender review
- Analyze schematics, tender drawings, specifications, bills of quantity, contract conditions, and other relevant documents.
- Check file integrity, identify missing documents or information, clarify scope, and identify special systems or requirements.
- Check tender submission requirements and organize the latest drawings, specifications, and BOQs for each system.
Supplier coordination and compliance
- Enquire with listed and alternative suppliers, follow up closely, and provide timely feedback.
- Check scope and technical compliance, minimize exclusions or deviations, and negotiate the best offer.
- Complete standard quotation comparison sheets and select the quotation to use.
Estimation and cost analysis
- Add costs for missing items and price further-developed BOQs.
- Summarize project budgets by system and prepare cost analysis documents.
- Check costing for errors and highlight risky or uncertain items.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience is required.
