China State Construction Middle East is recruiting Senior Mechanical Project Engineers for a newly awarded large-scale high-rise towers project in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise mechanical MEP works, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage and firefighting systems.
- Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and other project teams.
- Review mechanical drawings, shop drawings, material submittals and technical specifications.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work follows approved drawings and project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications and applicable standards.
- Attend site inspections and technical and coordination meetings with consultants.
- Prepare progress reports, material requests and technical documentation.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 13 years of relevant work experience.
