Senior Manager on RBC's Treasury Solutions Corporate Coverage team, advising corporate clients on cash management solutions.
Responsible for client onboarding, activation, ongoing digital solution adoption, and revenue growth across a complex client portfolio.
The role requires travel throughout Ontario North and East, including Ottawa, Kingston, Durham, and North Bay.
What you will do
- Grow client relationships and portfolio revenue by recognizing client needs and identifying opportunities for additional RBC products.
- Coordinate end-to-end cash-management onboarding as the main client contact and follow up on adoption.
- Work with Relationship Managers on client contact plans and annual relationship reviews.
- Provide tailored advice on emerging issues and deliver financial and business insights to clients.
- Present cash-management solutions, explain alternatives, support implementation, and connect clients with RBC partners for broader advice needs.
What you need
- At least 5 years of commercial or corporate banking sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of cash-management products and emerging trends.
- Proven client advice, service, sales, and relationship management experience, with ability to match needs to solutions.
- Project management, organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with software applications including MS Office.
Nice to have
- Certified Treasury Professional designation or similar qualification.
- Bilingual English/French communication skills.
Work details
- Full-time, regular salaried role with 37.5 work hours per week.
