Advise corporate clients on RBC cash management solutions and support onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoption of digital solutions.
Manage and grow revenue from a portfolio of complex corporate clients by offering cash management solutions aligned with their business and financial goals.
Mobility
- The role requires ability and willingness to travel throughout Ontario North and East, including Ottawa, Kingston, Durham, and North Bay.
Responsibilities
- Build client relationships and grow portfolio revenue while identifying client needs and opportunities for additional RBC products.
- Coordinate end-to-end cash management onboarding and follow up with clients to support a strong experience.
- Partner with Relationship Managers on client contact strategies and annual relationship reviews.
- Provide tailored advice on emerging business issues and deliver financial and business insights.
- Present solutions, explain alternatives, support implementation, and refer clients to RBC partners for broader advice needs.
Must-have qualifications
- At least 5 years of related commercial or corporate banking sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of cash management products and emerging industry trends.
- Client advice or service, sales, and relationship management experience, including matching needs with products or structuring solutions.
- Demonstrated project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with software applications including MS Office.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or similar qualification is an asset.
- Bilingual English/French communication skills are a nice-to-have.
