We are hiring for a
global customer experience consulting firm specializing in luxury and premium brands

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced transport leader to manage complex, large-scale mobility operations in a high-visibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet architecture design - sizing, routing, and vehicle allocation
- Peak-day transport command center operations
- Driver briefing, rostering, and performance management
- Ground transportation vendor oversight and contract enforcement
- Real-time tracking and incident response coordination
- Inter-agency liaison (traffic authorities, police escorts, airport ops)
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in fleet / ground transport management for large events
- Hands-on experience with transport command center technology (GPS, TMS)
- Demonstrated peak-load planning for 500+ delegates simultaneously
- Knowledge of local traffic regulations and VIP motorcade protocols
- Strong analytical and logistics scheduling skills
- Fluency in English
