Lead planning for allocated projects or packages, coordinating with the client, consultants, and contractors from design through handover.
Responsibilities
- Lead integrated programmes covering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Review and challenge contractor schedules for realistic sequencing and achievable milestones.
- Monitor progress, critical paths, and delivery risks; help teams develop practical recovery plans.
- Coordinate package interfaces, specialist fit-out, and long-lead procurement.
- Provide clear progress reports and recommendations to the client and project leadership.
- Lead and develop the planning team, championing collaboration, safety, and sustainable delivery.
Requirements
- Construction or engineering degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Significant planning experience on large, complex building or mixed-use developments.
- Advanced Primavera P6 skills and strong knowledge of progress measurement, forecasting, and schedule analysis.
- Experience leading planning teams and working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Clear communication skills and a practical approach to problem solving.
- Luxury hospitality, high-end residential, or mixed-use experience is advantageous.
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East is advantageous.
