Overview

The Senior Manager Offering Management is responsible for defining, executing, and optimizing the company s portfolio strategy.

This role acts as the bridge between market demand and internal capabilities, ensuring the offerings are competitive, profitable, and aligned with the organization s long-term business goals.

You will drive the full services and product lifecycle, from initial conceptualization and market analysis to launch and continuous performance enhancement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitor benchmarking for pricing, tiering, and coverage
  • Conduct market and internal research to enhance existing offerings and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Track adoption rates, performance metrics, and lifecycle stage of each offering
  • Support pricing model calibration with finance and commercial data
  • Monitor regulatory updates (e.g., NCA releases) for compliance alignment needs
  • Create and maintain high-quality sales enablement kits (datasheets, brochures, battlecards)
  • Design proposal templates and client-ready presentations for each standardized offering
  • Train sales and pre-sales teams on new and updated offerings

  • Bachelor s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in offering management or business strategy.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end product lifecycles (ideation to end-of-life).
  • Strong experience in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying customer pain points to drive product innovation.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and pricing models.
  • Solid background in working closely with technical/engineering teams to translate business requirements into actionable product features.
  • Experience in P&L (Profit and Loss) management and budget oversight for product lines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
