Principal Solution Architect

As the Principal Solution Architect within the Product Engineering & Technology (PET) division, you act as the

definitive tactical bridge between hardcore engineering execution and complex enterprise architectural demands.

You will operate as the commercial and technical authority for the CyProducts ecosystem, ensuring that our

sovereign hardware integrations and post-quantum cryptographic capabilities are translated into unassailable,

commercially viable solutions.

This role demands an elite practitioner who can interrogate complex codebases alongside our engineering leads,

and then seamlessly pivot to command a boardroom, translating highly dense technical realities into strategic

business enablers while ensuring uncompromising alignment with NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC).

o Act as the definitive liaison between the PET engineering trenches and executive leadership,

translating raw, air-gapped sovereign hardware capabilities into viable, deployable enterprise

architectures.

o Guide the overarching technical strategy for complex client integrations, ensuring that all deployed

solutions maintain strict architectural integrity across both interim cloud (GCP) and permanent onpremises

environments.

o Serve as the ultimate technical authority during the design, integration, and deployment phases of

the CyProducts ecosystem, ensuring flawless interoperability across diverse and highly sensitive

operational technology (OT) landscapes.

o Interrogate proposed product architectures to identify security flaws, technical debt, or integration

bottlenecks before they enter the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC).

o Architect solutions that inherently and aggressively satisfy NCA ECC, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001

, transforming complex compliance mandates into strategic commercial enablers rather

than engineering roadblocks.

o Provide authoritative technical governance over vendor and third-party integrations, ensuring

external components do not compromise the sovereign cryptographic perimeter.

10+ years of progressive technology experience, with at least 5 years' operating explicitly at a Principal Architect, Lead Solution Consultant, or enterprise-level advisory capacity.

You are a battle-hardened technologist who can confidently command an executive boardroom

as effectively as you can interrogate a system architecture.

You possess a proven track record

of bridging the gap between deep technical engineering and commercial solution design in

high-assurance, critical infrastructure environments.

You must demonstrate the authoritative ability to challenge client assumptions, dictate

architectural standards to senior engineering staff, and seamlessly align complex

cryptographic integrations with overarching business objectives.
