About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the development and delivery of interior design packages across assigned projects in accordance with Amali's approved design standards.
• Coordinate interior design consultants throughout concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction stages.
• Review layouts, material palettes, mood boards, FF&E selections, technical drawings, and design documentation to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Support the implementation of the approved design vision while ensuring consistency across all project deliverables.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Development, Procurement, Commercial, and Project Delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor consultant performance, deliverables, project schedules, and design milestones.
• Assist in FF&E specification reviews, sample evaluations, supplier coordination, and procurement support activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify design execution and identify any deviations from approved designs.
• Coordinate the resolution of design, technical, and site-related issues with consultants and contractors.
• Prepare project updates, design reports, presentations, and recommendations for management review.
• Stay informed of emerging luxury design trends, materials, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement across projects.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, branded residences, or high-end mixed-use developments.
• Proven experience managing interior design consultants and coordinating design delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of design development, FF&E, materials, finishes, construction detailing, and site coordination.
• Experience working on ultra-luxury projects within the UAE or GCC preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or equivalent design platforms.
• Strong project management, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance design quality, project budgets, and delivery timelines.
