  • e We are looking for a highly accomplished Senior Design Manager to lead the design direction and coordination of our exclusive residential and hospitality developments, ensuring every detail reflects the sophistication and excellence that define the Amali bran

  • Lead and oversee the design management process from concept to completion across multiple ultra-luxury developmen
  • ts.Review and critique architectural and interior design submissions to ensure alignment with Amali’s brand vision and design standar
  • ds.Manage and coordinate the work of international and local design consultants, ensuring seamless collaboration and delive
  • ry.Drive innovation and creativity, balancing aesthetics, functionality, and luxury in every design decisi
  • on.Ensure full design compliance with regulatory authorities, project timelines, and budgetary goa

  • ment.12+ years of experience in architectural design and project delivery, with a strong portfolio in ultra-luxury residential or Mansions or Royal palace proj

  • eams.Expertise in design coordination, technical reviews, and luxury detai
  • ling.Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills with a strong eye for design qua
