2. Role Overview
The Senior IT Infrastructure Support Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end management, optimization, and support of the organization’s enterprise IT infrastructure across all business units.
The role ensures **high availability, security, and performance** of critical systems including Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, firewalls, servers, CCTV systems, and end-user devices.
3. Key Responsibilities3.1 Microsoft 365 Administration
- Manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Handle user lifecycle management (creation, modification, deletion)
- Manage licensing and mailbox configurations
- Ensure email security, anti-spam, and anti-phishing controls
• Manage Microsoft Intune And Endpoint Manager
- Enforce device compliance policies
- Handle patch management and application deployment
- Support endpoint security and configuration standards
3.3 Network & Infrastructure Support
- Support and maintain LAN / WAN / VPN / VLAN / Wi-Fi environments
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure stable connectivity across business units
3.4 Firewall & Security
- Configure and manage enterprise firewalls (Fortinet preferred)
- Implement security rules, policies, and access controls
- Support network security monitoring and incident response
3.5 Server Administration
- Administer Windows and Linux servers
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services
- Ensure server performance, availability, and security
3.6 Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Manage backup solutions and recovery processes
- Maintain disaster recovery readiness and testing
- Ensure data integrity and restoration capability
3.7 Virtualization & Systems
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Optimize resource allocation and system performance
3.8 CCTV & Physical Security Systems
- Maintain CCTV infrastructure and ensure system uptime
- Troubleshoot recording, storage, and connectivity issues
3.9 Support & Incident Management
- Provide L2/L3 technical support
- Handle major incidents and service disruptions
- Perform root cause analysis and preventive actions
3.10 Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and standards
- Maintain SOPs, system documentation, and technical records
- Support IT audits and compliance requirements
4. Required Technical Skills
- Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Azure AD And Active Directory
- Firewall & Network Security (Fortinet preferred)
5. Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure support
- Experience in enterprise or multi-company environments preferred
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
