Salary
- AED 12,000–22,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute internal audit projects according to the annual audit plan.
- Conduct risk-based audits from planning through final reporting.
- Facilitate stakeholder kick-off, status update, and exit meetings.
- Develop risk and control matrices, sampling memos, and audit programs.
- Identify control gaps and provide strategic recommendations.
- Deliver audit reports and monitor implementation of recommendations.
- Perform stock counts across UAE locations.
- Support presentations for the Board Audit Committee.
- Handle special reviews, compliance checks, and consultancy projects.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Senior Auditor: at least 5 years’ experience, including 3 years in internal audit or internal control advisory.
- Junior Auditor: 1–3 years of experience in internal audit or a related field.
- Prior experience in a Big Four accounting firm is mandatory.
- CA is preferred; CIA or CISA certifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, internal controls, and audit planning.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent English-speaking skills are mandatory.
