Role Overview
Full-time, permanent Quantity Surveyor role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role manages commercial and cost-related activities across the construction project lifecycle, from pre-contract estimation and tendering to cost control and final account settlement.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities.
- Support tendering, bid evaluations, procurement, and commercial recommendations.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditure, cash flow, and cost forecasts.
- Review payment applications, valuations, variations, and contractual claims.
- Administer construction contracts and support final account settlements.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost control, commercial management, or contract administration within construction.
- Good knowledge of BOQs, tendering, valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CostX, AutoCAD, or BIM tools is an advantage.
