KYC and Onboarding Specialist role managing end-to-end client onboarding and contract renewals.

Salary
- Salary is AED 8,000 per month.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end KYC onboarding and renewal activities.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and Compliance to obtain documentation and clarifications.
- Review KYC documents for completeness and accuracy, and identify missing information.
- Maintain KYC trackers, case records, and Jira updates.
- Follow up on outstanding documents, escalate delays, and help ensure timely completion.
- Identify recurring documentation gaps and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in KYC, client onboarding, insurance operations, or compliance-related functions.
- Good understanding of KYC, AML, and CDD requirements, with hands-on KYC document-review and client due-diligence experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Jira or similar workflow tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
