Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Interior Designer with over 10 years of experience preferably
Arabic speaker
.
Based in Abu Dhabi, Responsibilities include leading space planning, designing interior layouts, and creating detailed construction drawings.
The Senior Interior Designer will also manage FF&E selection and collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality interior design solutions that align with project requirements and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design, including a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and functionality
- Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings with a thorough understanding of building codes and technical specifications
- Experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, sourcing, and specification
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Preparing BOQ
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, architects, and contractors
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Max
- Professional degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; certifications in interior design are a plus
