We are partnering with a design-led studio in Dubai to appoint a Senior Interior Designer / Architect.
The studio delivers high-end residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on concept, materiality, and refined spatial design.
This role suits a designer with a strong point of view, capable of leading projects from concept through to delivery while maintaining design integrity throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead concept development, including mood boards, layouts, and design narratives
- Oversee drawing packages across all stages, ensuring clarity and design consistency
- Manage projects day-to-day, coordinating with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
- Develop and specify materials, finishes, and FF&E
- Conduct site visits and support design implementation
- Present ideas confidently to clients and internal teams
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews
Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years’ experience in interior design and/or architecture
- Strong experience in high-end residential or design-led projects
- Excellent conceptual, technical, and detailing skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Revit is a plus)
- Confident communicator with strong coordination skills
- Degree in Interior Architecture or Architecture
