Overview
- Lead creative concepts and develop high‑quality design solutions across branding, digital, print, and marketing materials.
- Oversee end‑to‑end design execution, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, content, production, and management to translate ideas into strong visual outputs.
- Review, guide, and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring consistent quality across the team.
- Develop mood boards, design directions, and visual strategies for campaigns, presentations, and client proposals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high design standards.
- Create and refine layouts, graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for both digital and print platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design materials and maintain updated brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices, integrating innovative ideas into the workflow.
- Coordinate with external vendors (printers, photographers, production teams) to ensure accurate execution of design outputs.
- Present design concepts to management or clients and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Maintain organized project files, ensuring proper documentation and version control.
