• Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Interior Designer (Site Supervision) to join our PMCM Division based in Dubai,UAE.
• We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in site supervision and execution for a prestigious high-rise tower project in Dubai.
• The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in managing and supervising high-end interior fit-out works, including super luxury residential spaces, penthouses, marble installations, and bespoke joinery works.
• We envisage success in this role to include;
• Supervise and manage all interior design and fit-out activities on site for the high-rise tower project.
• Coordinate directly with the Client Interior Design team, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review and monitor execution drawings, material submissions, shop drawings, mock-ups, and site installations.
• Ensure all interior works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project standards, and quality requirements.
• Lead supervision of:
• Marble and stone works
• Bespoke joinery installations
• Luxury and super luxury interior fit-out works
• Penthouse interior works
• High-end finishes and detailing
• Conduct regular site inspections and proactively identify execution issues, proposing practical and technically sound solutions.
• Monitor workmanship quality, material standards, and progress of interior works.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architectural, MEP, structural, and façade teams to ensure seamless integration of interior works.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and contractors.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, snagging reports, progress updates, and technical correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, health and safety standards, and project procedures.
• To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include minimum 12 years work experience in a similar role in UAE partnered with Bachelor Degree in Interior Design OR Architecture.
