About the Role
Hashtag Interiors is hiring a Senior Interior Designer / Architect to lead design concepts on luxury villa and commercial fit-out projects across Dubai.
We are looking for someone with strong Dubai market experience, a sharp design eye, and the confidence to manage clients and teams equally well.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design from concept through to handover
- Develop mood boards, space planning, and material/finish selections
- Produce detailed design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
- Manage client presentations and design approvals
- Coordinate with fit-out, joinery, and MEP teams on-site
- Ensure designs meet Dubai Municipality and authority requirements

Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in interior design or architecture
- Valid UAE driving licence
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D visualisation
- Experience in luxury residential projects
- Experience in commercial fit-out projects
- UAE NOC or transferable visa
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects
