Initially operate as an individual contributor, with the role expected to evolve into supervision of a Senior Specialist - HRBP.
Your Responsibilities
- Align people initiatives with business priorities and provide evidence-based recommendations to leaders.
- Manage coordinated HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead organizational design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.
- Drive performance management, coach leaders, and promote company values and workplace culture.
- Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Lead workforce planning and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment priorities.
- Provide senior advice on employee relations and lead engagement initiatives.
- Act as the link between the business and HR Centers of Excellence.
Who We Are Looking For
- 10 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR business partnering or comparable leadership roles.
- Experience in aviation, MRO, aerospace, or technical industries is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Master's degree and recognized HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR are preferred.
- Expertise in strategic HR partnering, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
- Strong aviation MRO business acumen and ability to influence in a matrix environment.
- Experience leading HR initiatives that drive measurable improvements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Readiness to supervise and develop HR team members as the function expands.
