Responsibilities
- Oversee repair-order initiation, approval, and tracking in line with procurement policies and Oracle cMRO workflows.
- Validate repair scope and vendor compliance with technical, goods-handling, and quality teams; ensure parts return and kitting meet schedules.
- Manage MRO vendor relationships, KPIs, quarterly business reviews, risk plans, and alternative sourcing.
- Coordinate repair schedules, receipt, inspection, kitting, status updates, and escalation of delays.
- Optimize turnaround time, negotiate vendor terms, identify savings, and control budgets in Oracle cMRO.
- Lead buyers and prioritize workloads around engine schedules and vendor lead times.
- Produce vendor and repair-order reports and dashboards; ensure aviation regulatory compliance and improve procurement processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- At least 8 years of supply chain, procurement, or vendor-performance experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Relevant experience in aerospace, aviation, or MRO industries.
- Expertise in repair vendor management, turnaround time optimization, contract negotiation, cost control, and supplier risk management in regulated environments.
- Experience in repair-order processing, procurement, supplier management, data analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Oracle cMRO.
- APICS CIPM or CSCP certification is preferred.
