Senior Supervisor - Material Fulfilment

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise fulfillment for Trent, V2500, GEnx, and LEAP engine builds; track progress in Oracle cMRO and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to resolve shortages.
• Verify kitting readiness; oversee warehouse and kitting compliance with storage, safety, and handling standards; ensure labeling, staging, packing, picking, and segregation accuracy.
• Supervise internal material movement and sequenced transfers to production; identify and resolve material-flow bottlenecks.
• Support stock counts and reconciliation, monitor slow-moving or critical items, and maintain records of materials received, issued, and returned.
• Ensure compliance with corporate quality and regulatory standards, including GCAA, FAA, and EASA; maintain audit readiness and support corrective actions.
• Lead warehouse, kitting, and marshalling teams; conduct briefings, coach team members, enforce safety policies and 5S, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements and competencies

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience in material fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics operations and 3 to 5 years in a supervisory or team leader role managing warehouse or kitting teams.
• Aviation or MRO experience is preferred; Warehouse or Inventory Management certification is preferred.
• Expertise in warehouse and kitting coordination, material staging, inventory accuracy, real-time tracking, material-flow optimization, and production line sequencing.
• Experience using Oracle cMRO or ERP systems for material tracking and fulfillment.
• Knowledge of aviation quality and regulatory compliance, part traceability, and documentation; effective team leadership and motivation.
• Continuous improvement mindset and strong communication and coordination with procurement, production, and quality teams.
