Provides expertise and advice on employee relations and HR practice across the business area.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor HR Business Partners in delivering business partnering services.
- Support the People Strategy and advise on complex employment cases and projects.
- Advise on grievance, disciplinary, absence, performance, and employee wellbeing matters.
- Deliver people plans, cross-functional projects, HR initiatives, and policy and process improvements.
- Use people data and analytics to identify trends and inform HR improvements.
Candidate profile
- Bring a solid background in a fast-paced, employee-, client-, and customer-centric environment.
- Operate as a broad HR generalist with practical, commercially minded judgment.
- Use strong influencing, negotiating, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Balance employee wellbeing with commercial needs and provide advice aligned with employment legislation and best practice.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid, with at least two days per week at a TP site when within reasonable travelling distance; work at home may be considered.
Pay
- Salary is £38,000 per annum.
Hours and contract
- 37.5 hours per week.
- Temporary maternity cover for nine months.
