Supports consumer protection in the postal sector through complaint analysis, research, reporting, and coordination.
The role aims to strengthen consumer rights, postal service compliance, and effective implementation of consumer protection frameworks.
Key duties
- Research consumer trends and postal-sector issues and prepare analytical reports.
- Analyze complaint data to identify trends and improvement areas; handle and resolve complaints and inquiries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for decision-making.
- Support consumer awareness materials and outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate complaint records for analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders and contribute to stronger consumer protection processes and regulatory effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Three years of relevant experience in data analysis, consumer protection, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
- Complaint handling, analytical research, or postal, telecommunications, or public-sector experience is advantageous.

Timely completion of analytical reports on postal consumer protection.
Accurate complaint-data analysis and identification of trends.
Efficient, high-quality handling and resolution of complaints and inquiries.
Clear, useful reports, presentations, and research outputs.
Accurate and complete complaint records.
