Privacy Risk & Compliance Officer
Role Overview
Supports and oversees privacy, risk, and compliance frameworks across the UK business.

Privacy and data protection

- Promote risk awareness and provide risk and control reporting to the Global Risk Team.
Compliance and governance
- Maintain and monitor the Global Compliance Framework and relevant regulatory and legislative developments.
- Identify non-compliance or control weaknesses and support corrective actions.
- Support privacy and compliance audits, mandatory training, management information, and guidance to operational teams.
Client and vendor support
- Work with relevant teams on privacy and compliance terms in client contracts, amendments, negotiations, and client due diligence.
- Oversee vendor due diligence, review questionnaires, escalate findings, and ensure checks are complete before agreements are executed.
- Support bids, presale discussions, client assurance, new-business go-live, mobilisation, and implementation.
